THE HAYDEN CREATIVE OFFICES

Tenant improvements to an existing industrial building for proposed multi-tenant creative office uses and future street-side café. Tenant-ready improvements were done to an 11,800 SF “South” space, concurrent with a core-and-shell build out of an 18,900 SF “North” space with a new 600 SF mezzanine. Tenant-ready improvements to the “North” space were completed under a separate project (see FRAME).
