(fer) Studio was tasked with designing a contemporary home that thoughtfully embraced the existing site conditions left in the aftermath of the 2018 Woolsey Fire, which destroyed the previous residence.

The design seamlessly blurs the boundaries between interior and exterior spaces, creating an uninterrupted visual and experiential flow. Expansive patios transition effortlessly into interior living areas, while roof overhangs extend to envelop outdoor rooms, fostering a harmonious connection between the clients and their dream home.
