ESPRIT MULTI-FAMILY

The Esprit luxury residential complex underwent a sophisticated modern renovation that developed a clear and well-connected flow of spaces for potential new tenants from their first drive up experience of the building. The project gutted the building’s existing curvature in the ceiling of the lobby space to create new linear planes and lines that draw the eye to the main focus upon entering the space, and the information desk. We developed a linkage of spatial experiences that project a transparent and comfortable leasing experience merged with an existing tenant area and still provide necessary evening security separation without limiting access to the common area spaces.
